Thank you for joining us at our HOT March show! We truly appreciate your flexibility with
the adjusted start time and sharing the venue with another club.
The board met on March 27th, and here are the updates:
April Show Update:
The registration deadline for the April 25th show is Wednesday, April 22nd. Our show
secretary, Chelsea, will be out of town and needs to finalize the show prior to leaving.
Because of this, no late entries will be accepted.
New Age Split for AA:
Due to the high number of riders in the 15 & Under AA division, we have updated the
age split. The new divisions will be:
- 12 & Under
- 13 & Up
If you have any questions, please reach out to a board member.
Dress Code Reminder:
The judges would like to remind all riders of the required dress code for all shows.
All riders must wear:
- Riders under 18 must wear a properly fitted helmet
- Collared, button-down shirt (must be tucked in)
- Belt
- Jeans
- Boots
Please note: Dress code requirements also apply to lead liners and their runners.
Time Discrepancies:
Our judges are trained and certified, and they have the final say on all times.
If you believe you received a “no time” in error, please bring it to a board member
immediately. We can consult with the judges, who will explain the call. If they
determine a re-ride is appropriate, one may be granted.
All concerns must be addressed before the end of the show.

If you haven’t signed up yet, be sure to do so soon! Spots are filling quickly, and you
won’t want to miss it.
