Mudslingers Year-End Awards: Wrapping Up Another Great Season

The Mudslingers celebrated our end of the 2023-24 season with a year-end awards banquet on October 19th in Fallbrook. It was a beautiful night to recognize the hard work and dedication of our riders and their horses.

We aimed to give each Mudslinger a meaningful award. In addition to individual rider awards, we presented special awards for:

Most Improved Adult Rider: Mila Cochran
Most Improved Horse (Youth Rider Division): Faith Trust & Pixie Dust (Soso Heczko)

Thanks to Mila for arranging the Horse Creek Ridge Harvest House for our event. It comfortably fit our 100+ attendees and provided a great space to socialize indoors and out. Andrea’s photo slideshow of Christine’s photos played on the big screen, providing a fun look back at the year.

Like all Mudslingers events, this banquet was a group effort. The potluck dinner had plenty of food and desserts for everyone. Thanks to everyone who contributed, including our grill masters Todd and Warren!!
